We are seeking a talented **1st Line Support Operator** to join our team in the LATAM region and enhance our capabilities. The primary responsibilities of this position include delivering fundamental user support and effectively managing ticketing processes. In this role, the **1st Line Support Operator (LATAM)** will play a pivotal role in addressing user inquiries in both **Spanish and Portuguese** languages, ensuring seamless assistance and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Technical Specialists of customers, as well as internal users to provide expert consultation and support on our services;
- Ensure the setup and configuration of our services;
- Identify and diagnose errors, search for and report software bugs, and incident handling;
- Set up integrations between our services and external client systems;
- Actively monitor service requests, keeping users informed of updates and changes while maintaining adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA);
- Handing over unsolved requests to the 2nd line Support Specialists.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge in **Spanish** and/or **Portuguese **(Fluent/Native);
- Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of **English **(B2 or higher);
- 1-2 years of experience communicating with users in Technical Support or a similar position;
- Understanding of IT basics;
- Ability to work in a team.

**Will be a plus**:

- Experience in IT product company;
- Technical background: understanding the principles of DB, integrations, and the ability to read logs;
- Understanding the processes of FMCG/trading networks in the field of Marketing and Sales execution;
- Higher education.
