**Estamos en búsqueda de un Project Manager apasionado/a por el desarrollo IT ¿Tienes experiência gestionando proyectos de desarrollo y te orientas a la coordinación de equipos y manejo de clientes? Entonces queremos conocerte**

Buscamos un profesional de la carrera de sistemas que pueda liderar proyectos con una visión orientada a la eficiencia, resultados y excelente manejo de relaciones interpersonales.

**Responsabilidades**
- Liderar y coordinar proyectos de desarrollo IT, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y calidad.
- Realizar estimaciones de esfuerzo y fechas de entrega, con seguimiento constante de proyectos.
- Documentar la gestión de proyectos: reportes semanales/mensuales, Gantts, Capacity Planning.
- Identificar riesgos y gestionar desvíos en los proyectos.
- Participar en reuniones periódicas con clientes, brindando seguimiento y actualizaciones del proyecto.
- Capacitar en el uso de herramientas de seguimiento y asegurar un flujo de comunicación efectivo.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência: Al menos 3 años liderando proyectos de desarrollo (no de infraestructura ni ERPs).
- Habilidades: Excelente comunicación, negociación y gestión de conflictos.
- Conocimientos: Experiência en MS Project y dominio avanzado de inglés.
- Habilidades personales: Proactividad, orientación al cliente, manejo de relaciones interpersonales, resolución de problemas y capacidad para trabajar en varios proyectos simultáneamente.

- Relación de dependencia (exclusivamente para Argentina).
