To support our growing team, we are looking for a **Remote Medical Receptionist** who is empathetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

**What You’ll Do**

Answer and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Transfer calls or take detailed messages when necessary
Schedule and confirm medical appointments for patients
Maintain accurate records and update scheduling systems
Provide outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism

**What We’re Looking For**

** Fluent English (C1 level or higher)** - Strong verbal and written communication skills
** Experience in a similar role** - Preferably in a medical, healthcare, or customer service setting
** Familiarity with medical terminology** - Basic knowledge is required (training provided)
** Tech-savvy** - Experience with scheduling tools; familiarity with **Insync** is a plus
** Ability to work independently** - Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
** Empathetic and patient-focused** - Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
