We are looking for an outstanding Paid Ads Specialist to join our Marketing team. Bing and Meta ads have no secrets from you, and social selling is a topic you know inside out? If you are also experienced in creating effective campaigns on different platforms, we need to get to know each other

What you will do:
You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Meta and Bing platforms. You will play a crucial role in driving qualified traffic and achieving our online advertising objectives.

Your key responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize display campaigns across multiple devices
- Create compelling ad campaigns and optimize paid search landing pages to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase conversions.
- Analyze and optimize ad campaigns and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Analyze the quality of traffic generated by the campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize targeting strategies
- Budget supervision
- Generate reports on campaign performance
- Take care of the quality of tasks performed
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistent branding across all paid media channels.

About you:

- Strong technical background
- Professional experience in running ad campaigns (Bing, Meta or Google Ads) in an IT company
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and digital selling/social selling
- Experience in the form of completed successful campaigns
- Interest in internet marketing, knowledge of current trends
- Analytical thinking skills
- Goal-oriented and positive attitude
- Excellent command of English language
- Eager to learn new skills and technologies
