**Location**

**What you bring to 21Tech**:

- 10+ years of industry, operational, and/or business experience in maintenance, engineering, facilities, transit, oil and gas, or related field.
- 10+ years of technology-related business consulting experience in Asset Management or ERP solutions.
- 5+ years of designing integrated solutions to meet business objectives.
- Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), SharePoint, and Teams.
- Expertise with a software development or configuration tool such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Experience in waterfall and agile implementation methodologies
- Expertise with industry best practices (preferably public sector and transit) and configuration within Hexagon EAM Solution.
- Expertise in leading holistic business process analysis workshops, evaluating current state processes and defining future To-Be integrated business processes based on best practices.
- A highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details and know how to present a vision based on the audience.
- Comprehensive communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) and ability to interact and resonate with clients from the shop floor to the executive suite, for both potential customers and during project delivery.
- Ability to translate business requirements to technical requirements and design solutions which incorporate both.
- Solid understanding of integration tools, data migration tools, technical configuration tools, and associated techniques to work with technical personnel in developing a solution which meets the business objectives.
- Ability to understand and communicate the organizational change management impacts of designed solutions.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with Hexagon EAM Python, FlexSQL, Rest APIs, and extensibility framework.
- Functional and Technical certification in Hexagon EAM.

**Education**:

- BS in Business, Information Technology or Engineering or related field, advanced education degree a plus (equivalent experience will be considered).

**Desired Education**:

- MBA or master’s degree

**What you will be doing at 21Tech**:

- Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine business objectives and translate to functional and technical requirements.
- Creating holistic integrated solutions which meet business objectives with specifications and design documents - inclusive of integrations to other systems and any data transformation.
- Developing presentations and building/coordinating demonstrations to all levels of the organization to show how solutions will meet the business objectives.
- Working with project managers to develop project schedules, sizing & resource estimations, and sequencing.
- Providing the configuration team with architectural blueprints to follow.
- Translating business objectives and requirements to process flows.
- Developing functional and technical requirements for configuration.
- Leading, mentoring, and assisting the configuration team throughout the project.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with configuration or design.
- Participating in Request for Proposal (RFP) responses or other pre-sales activities - including developing levels of effort (LOE), preparing, and delivering demonstrations, developing high-level solutions, showing how EAM meets requirements, and answering questions.
- Ensuring that you and the team adhere to schedules and deadlines.
- Testing and/or reviewing the final product to ensure it is completely functional and meets business objectives as intended.
- Updating solutions as objectives change or changes in software allow for increased functionality.
- Mentoring and developing learning opportunities for team members.
