**As part of Human Capital and Technology team, you will work with multiple stakeholders across the HR, Sourcing and Finance organizations. You will manage all activities associated to HR Operations. You will play vital role to deliver all tasks in an efficient and timely manner ensuring compliance with company policy, procedures and country legislation.**:
**As a HR Leader Argentina, you will be responsible for**:

- ** **Monitoring the delivery of HR operations, manage productivity targets and ensure on-time execution.**:

- ** **Designing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level agreements (SLAs). Ensuring any issues or risks to the service delivery are identified and promptly resolved**:

- ** **Challenging, rethinking and redesigning HR operational practices as needed to identify areas of improvement.**:

- ** **Identifying and implementing new policies / processes / procedures to improve HR Function Support services and delivery**:

- ** **Building adoption of standard practices and consistent ways of working to achieve operational excellence**:

- ** **Leading change culture in the Region to create an innovative forward thinking organization**

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- ** **Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 10 years of HR experience**:

- ** **Have experience in delivering HR to a large employee base**:

- ** **Have higher-calibre knowledge of core HR processes, management practices, knowledge of developments and trends within HR services**:

- ** **Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions**:

- ** **Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams within a matrix environment**:

- ** **Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as part of a transforming HR function**:

- ** **Be fluent in English (verbal and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills**
