**Objetivo**: El Junior IT Business Analyst apoya la conducción de soluciones innovadoras y escalables para aportar valor a los negocios, además de cubrir la gestión del ciclo de vida de la solución para adaptarse a los mercados respectivos. Responsabilidades: Desempeña un papel en la gestión del ciclo de vida del producto y garantiza que se elija cualquier solución para cumplir con los requisitos comerciales conocidos y entendidos, encajar en las definiciones de la hoja de ruta del producto y proporcionar valor comercial continuamente durante su ciclo de vida. Colabora con los socios comerciales de TI y las partes interesadas. De vez en cuando colabora y se inspira en la creación de redes. Mostrar habilidades y capacidades básicas en el área de gestión de productos empresariales. Apoyar las actividades de capacitación, generación de material y documentación de proyectos e iniciativas. Apoyar las funciones de TI y colaborar con los socios comerciales. Realiza actividades típicas de Business Analysis y crea entregables locales según los estándares de la empresa. Trabaja con otros equipos para garantizar que la solución final coincida con los requisitos del usuario y las necesidades del cliente y se entregue de acuerdo con el plan.

**Requisitos**:
Se valorará el conocimiento del dominio comercial para las siguientes áreas: CRM, multicanal, aplicaciones web, análisis/paneles de control. Estudiante de licenciatura en ciencias de la computación, ingeniería o disciplina afín ( >2 años). Tiene al menos algunas de las habilidades típicas que se esperan de un analista comercial, es decir: capacidad para aprender rápidamente nuevos dominios comerciales, obtención y gestión de requisitos, análisis y diseño de procesos comerciales y usabilidad. Tiene al menos conocimiento teórico del marco Agile Business Analyst (IIBA). Muestra los siguientes valores: Aspiracional, Motivador, Colaborador, Espíritu de un equipo, Estar enfocado, Fallar rápido + Aprende rápido, Mentalidad abierta, Muestra una mentalidad ágil en el enfoque del trabajo. Garantiza que la información correcta esté disponible para el equipo de desarrollo en el nível correcto de detalle en el momento correcto para que el producto pueda desarrollarse y se ajuste a las necesidades de los clientes. Muestra curiosidad intelectual e integridad y tiene una fuerte pasión por aportar tecnología de valor agregado al negocio. Demuestra las habilidades blandas que normalmente se requieren como BA (es decir, escuchar activamente, desafiar el status quo, buenas habilidades de comunicación, comprender diferentes estilos de comunicación y ser capaz de aplicarlos).
