People Analyst

People team keeps growing We are looking for a People Analyst to join the biggest Data & Audience company in Latin America.

We have two main goals for the role: add value to the business and guarantee that everyone can develop at their full potential in a challenging, fun and dynamic culture.

**Your main challenges**:

- Coordinate new hire and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate in all People processes, programs and initiatives, supporting day to day activities (communication, data, employee updates, learning, etc).
- Address and solve employees´requests regarding People matters (health plans, leaves of absence, time off, benefits, etc).
- Maintain employee records and personal information updates.
- Support People tools
- update information and data; keep and help improve metrics, dashboards.
- Conduct and update benefits and perks.
- Support Termination process (internal off boarding, certifications, etc).
- Support learning activities and internal events.
