**Position: Business Analyst**

**Experience Level: 1 - 2 Years**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the Product Team. This role will work closely with the Growth Team. The primary focus of this role will be on analysis, execution, and supporting the alignment between business and technical teams. You will have the chance to work with cross-functional teams, gain valuable experience, and grow your skillset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between business and technical teams.
- Create and manage user stories in JIRA.
- Assist in clearing blockers that may arise during project execution.
- Measure project success through data analysis tools (e.g., GA4, Tableau).
- Take detailed meeting notes and produce comprehensive documentation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with post-implementation tasks.
- Track and report on project timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Empathetic listener with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong ability to drive project timelines and maintain quality.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable using data analysis and reporting tools such as GA4, Tableau, etc.
- Some experience in the requirements gathering process is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in the English language
