**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Understand stakeholder needs and impacted organizations of IT transformations
- Influence and coach others to move toward a common vision or goal
- Define communciations and enablement approach for each group with user experience as the guide post using and OCM approach
- Build internal web pages/sites and communications for roll-out of transformation intiatives
- Consult across the enterprise on key deliverables, changes and associated risk mitigation to accelerate and sustain outcomes of critical IT transformation intiative
- Define and write communications including newsletters, articles, web pages etc.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

5+ years management consulting experience in communications and enablement, leadership development, business strategy, business transformation, organization design and/or culture change
Exceptional communicaiton skills, both written and verbal; ability to tailor messages for a variety of audiences
Understanding of OCM processes and strategies
Knowledge of communication and enablement strategies
Experience with MS Office, collaboration and publishing tools
Knowledge of IT Transformation projects and technical language and processes.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

5 years in IT deployment related activities
Design thinking experience
3 years Enablement/Communications Experience
