We focus on **compliance, strategic tax planning, and financial optimization**, ensuring our clients navigate the complexities of U.S. tax regulations efficiently.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an **experienced Enrolled Agent (EA) or CPA** with U.S. credentials who can **sign and file tax returns**, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Prepare, review, and **sign** federal and state tax returns (**1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065**).
Ensure full compliance with U.S. tax laws and regulations.
Handle IRS audits, tax notices, and client inquiries.
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize liabilities.
Conduct research on complex tax matters and provide guidance to leadership.
Stay updated on U.S. tax law changes and advise on potential business impacts.
Collaborate with internal teams to support tax planning and reporting.

**Qualifications**:
**Must be a U.S.licensed CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) with full signing authority.**
**Minimum of 3 years of experience** in a CPA firm handling U.S. tax filings.
Strong expertise in **corporate (1120, 1120S, 1065) and personal (1040) tax filings**.
Solid understanding of IRS regulations and tax compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in **English (spoken and written)**.
Proficiency in U.S. tax software (**UltraTax, Drake, ProSeries, or similar**).
