We’re seeking a talented, results-driven Landing Page Developer & CRO Specialist to take charge of optimizing landing pages for our clients. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll work directly with clients to enhance performance, improve user experience, and maximize conversion rates. Your expertise in A/B testing, data analysis, and landing page design will directly influence client success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Landing Page Updates**: Implement changes requested by clients and our team, such as copy adjustments and design improvements, to drive higher conversions.
- **CRO Testing**: Conduct monthly A/B tests, analyze traffic, and ensure the best-performing versions are optimized for conversions.
- **Form & Data Integrations**: Manage form field updates, integrations (e.g., Google Sheets), and ensure smooth data flow.
- **Client Stats Tracking**: Track and update client metrics such as visits and Google Ads spend, ensuring data is meticulously managed and reported.

**Must-Have Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in **Landing Page Development** with a focus on conversion optimization.
- Strong knowledge of **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**, including A/B testing and conversion-driving techniques.
- Basic **Design & UI** skills, ensuring pages are user-friendly and visually optimized.
- Basic **Backend Knowledge**, including domain setup and GA4 tracking.

**Nice-to-Have Skills (Training Provided)**:

- Familiarity with **Zapier** or other automation tools.
- Advanced skills in **Google Sheets**, such as array formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience with **Unbounce, Go High Level,** or other funnel tools.
- Basic knowledge of **API calls, Looker Studio**, and **Apps Script**.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $500,000.00 - $950,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

**Experience**:

- A/B Testing: 2 years (preferred)
- Landing Page Development: 2 years (preferred)
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): 2 years (preferred)
