We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. Our platform powers core business, enabling our member's access to their healthcare and wellness savings when they need it most. As an early engineering hire, you’ll have a significant opportunity to shape our technical strategy and engineering culture.
You will:
- Work closely with design and product to ship delightful, engaging products using Node, TypeScript, and GraphQL. We use Postgres for our database and host our apps on the Google Cloud Platform.
- Work on the low-level primitives of our financial technology stack, including our integrations with banks and card processors.
- Act as a multiplier by building systems, authoring tools, or introducing policies or patterns that raise the level of productivity of the entire org
- Make other engineers better through code reviews, thorough documentation, technical guidance, and mentoring.
- Write unit test cases to ensure high-quality delivery
- Join an environment where different backgrounds, cultures, industries, and life experiences are embraced and valued.
- Be exposed to several facets of building a business outside of just your role as a software engineer.
Must haves:
- 5+ years working with React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and GraphQL.
- 3+ years of Experience with GCP or another cloud service provider.
- 3+ years of Experience in the banking industry.
- Good understanding of PII data security, ledgering systems, and some experience with direct bank integrations
- Advanced English level.

- KYC verification process knowledge
- Notional Accounts knowledge
