**About the client**:
Our client is based in Florida, USA, and runs a digital marketing agency focused on the home services and contractor industry. The client handles local home service businesses seeking growth with digital marketing.

**About the role**:
**Experience in contactor marketing or the home services niche is a plus.**
- ** What you'll be doing**:

- Perform general administrative tasks
- Will be responsible for ordering blogs, ordering backlinks, and uploading blogs to the websites
- Research various topics and compile information for presentations or projects.
- Manage and update databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist in managing projects by tracking progress, coordinating deadlines, and maintaining project documentation.
- Provide support for virtual meetings, including setting up video conferences, managing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ownership, initiative, and proactiveness
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding follow-up and follow-through
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing, PPC, & SEO is preferred
- **Experience in the home services niche or contractor marketing is a plus.**

**Position**: Paid Ads Specialist

**Remote Status**: Fully Remote

**Working Hours**: 9 AM - 6 PM EST

**Holidays**: US Local Holidays

**Salary**: USD 600 - USD 900
