**_WE ARE HIRING_**

**A) ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT**:
The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for performing various accounting and administrative duties to support our business growth. This role involves processing invoices, transactions, and expenses, as well as maintaining our accounting database. It presents an excellent opportunity to expand your accounting knowledge and experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices, daily transactions, and expenses.
- Provide administrative support functions.
- Update and maintain the accounting database through data entry and reports.
- Manage monthly and quarterly reports.
- Handle day-to-day accounting duties, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll.

**B) PURCHASE ORDER ANALYST**:
The Purchase Order Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the procurement process of our organization. This position involves creating and processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, tracking orders, maintaining documentation, and providing general administrative support. By ensuring streamlined procurement operations, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication among stakeholders, this role contributes significantly to our overall success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm order details and resolve any issues.
- Track and monitor the status of purchase orders.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of purchase orders and related information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes.
- Assist with inventory management and reconciliation of vendors' invoices.
- Identify opportunities for improving procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

**_ Qualifications for both positions:_**
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study.
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or a similar role.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Advanced data entry and analysis skills in MS Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with procurement processes.

**Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST
