We are searching the best talent for COORDENADOR DA CADEIA DE ABASTECIMENTO to be in Sao Jose dos Campos, Bogotá, Cali, Mexico City, Pilar or Buenos Aires.

Purpose: Strength the relationship between demand and supply planners, creating or reviewing robust processes. Identify end-to-end planning capabilities needed to transform the business and integrate them into a comprehensive strategy across the global plan functions and regional supply chains

You will be responsible for:

- Work close to regional partners to ensure strong working relationships to enable the delivery of LATAM projects and targets
- Help to shape and deploy strategical planning projects, systems and processes and its implementation with the respective stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong experience in supply chain, planning systems / capabilities, end to end thinking, digital acumen and ensure proper linkages to partner functions
- Drive positive relationship and end-to-end alignment with key partners regionally and globally: Demand & Supply Planning, Data Operations, IT, Process Excellence and so on
- Guarantee the execution, standardization, and improvement of key integrated planning processes such as PhaseInPhaseOut, STEM and Supply Review
- Participation in integrated planning Community of Practices meeting and drive improvement actions.
- Guarantee adherence to current planning processes in Latin America
- Develop and lead training sessions for integrated planning processes
- Support base business activities and pro-actively suggest improvements
- Overall accountability to develop, refine, and implement strategy to advance maturity of our processes and systems regionally and globally to ensure they are enablers to support the business growth
- Keeping abreast with emerging planning concepts - looking for Benchmarks with internal & external Supply Chains
- Maintain updated the Process & Systems flows
- Drive the Supply & Plant planning systems, processes and organization evolution (OMP, SAP, SNC) in close collaboration with the business and BUIT counterparts
- Participate as functional expertise in cross functional projects

**Qualifications**
Qualifications and requirements:

- Bachelor’s in engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Supply Chain processes in at least one of Planning core areas (Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning and S&OP) is required
- Background in Process Excellence/Process Improvement and Digital acumen is desired
- Project Management certification is desired
- Advanced knowledge in Excel is required
- Fluency in English and Spanish are required
- APICS/CPIM certification is desired
- Experience in the consumer products or healthcare industry is desired
- 25% travel internationally.
- Experience in the consumer products or healthcare industry is desired
