**Were Looking For a Python Developer**:
Were seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our backend team. In this role, you'll be working on building and maintaining RESTful APIs using **FastAPI**, supporting a scalable PostgreSQL-based backend, and contributing to containerized services using **Docker**.
While the focus is backend development, we value engineers who are comfortable collaborating across the stack so any knowledge of **Vue.js** or frontend work is a plus (even if not a core requirement).
**What Youll Be Doing**:
- Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI
- Design and optimize queries and data models in PostgreSQL
- Collaborate with fullstack teammates to ensure consistent delivery across backend and frontend
- Write clean, testable code and participate in peer code reviews
- Support API integrations and backend improvements as the product evolves
- Communicate clearly with distributed team members and product stakeholders
**What You Bring**:
**Must-Have Skills**
- Strong experience with Python (4+ years)
- Proficiency in FastAPI (or similar frameworks like Flask or Django)
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Solid knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
- Experience working with Docker in development environments
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows
**Nice to Have**
- Experience or basic familiarity with frontend frameworks, particularly Vue.js
- Comfort working on fullstack or cross-functional features
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern dev practices
**Soft Skills**
- Attention to detail and commitment to code quality
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setting
