**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- Coordination, execution, and support of the ABI People Cycle for Global Employees: 180/360 Assessments and Development Plans, Talent Review & Calibration Meetings, Engagement Cycle
- Creation and support of People Cycle resources for Business Partners and Colleagues: Toolkits, Trainings, Guides, etc
- Ownership of Data & Reports: Master Data, HRIS for People Cycle Processes, Turnover Analysis, Engagement Results Analysis (+ Other People Health KPIs)
- Ownership of Presentations: Monthly Routines with Senior People Directors and Business Partners, Critical presentations for Executive Leaders (Talent Reviews)
- Ownership of Internal Communications: Plan and Execute Internal communications through the entire people cycle
- Daily support to Senior Business Partners through Mailbox, Routines & Calls, Microsoft Teams Channels, Action Logs
- Scope: ABI Global Headquarters Employees in United States, Brazil, Argentina, India, Europe

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- University Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration or similar)
- At least +2-year experience (ideally in global teams or managing talent processes)
- Excellent/Advanced English
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and Basic formulas knowledge)
- Advanced Power Point
