Latam Country Third Party Risk Management Senior

In particular, this position sits with the Regional Third Party Risk Management Group in Global OTRC / TPRM and oversees Third Party risk for external and Internal (Inter Affiliates) third parties in LATAM Region, excluding Mexico, for all legal vehicles and their branches. The group is responsible for assisting country management in LATAM Countries, to assess and monitor third party risk and compliance with Citi related policies as well as Country Regulatory specific requirements related with third parties. The team also participate in global initiatives and projects related to Third Party Management. The main role of the Country Third Party Senior Officer will be to assist local management in the risk monitoring of third parties in the country, to ensure appropriate third party risk management under the global, regional and country risk appetite and the local regulatory requirements; partnering with Sectors TPRM, Lines of Businesses and Country management. The Senior Officer will: - Support local country management with the monitoring and follow up of the main risks of third parties in the country; - Act as a SME for TPM providing guidance and support to Business Stakeholders in the country; - Be the 1st local escalation point for TPM matters in the country; - Duties may include supporting the identification of exposed risks and the assessment of potential impacts in the business; as well as supporting country management in determining the actions to be taken to mitigate risks related to third parties; - Support data gathering analysis for regulatory / audit readiness, partnering with local management; - Identify common audit themes, breaches to TPM indicators and self identified issues, root causes and review and recommend risk mitigation actions. - Will be responsible for performing analysis and to prepare reports to Senior Management. - Interact with the various third party management stakeholders at a regional/global level on Citi’s overall third party management program. - Collaborate in the local implementation of the TPM program initiatives as well as any local regulatory request, partnering with local management. - The Senior Officer will routinely need to facilitate adaptive change to meet the demand of a dynamic enterprise and regulatory environment. The role works closely with multiple regional and global senior partners in RMO, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Data Privacy, CBDC, Information Security, COB and globally with the Sectors and Enterprise TPRM teams. **Qualifications**: - Fluent English required - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues in concrete and concise concepts, to achieve consensus and effective action. - Excellent problem solving skills Ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details - Skills for delivering high quality information in strict times. - Requires use of conceptual and innovative thinking.
