Customer Service Analyst

Procesamiento y análisis de órdenes de venta. Asignación de stock depósitos externos.
Eficiencia en despachos.
Administración de demanda diferida.
Solicitud de turnos de clientes que lo requieran.
Eficiencia logística en despachos a clientes.
Control descuentos logísticos.
Cierre de órdenes de ventas sin entregar.
Control de rechazos ingresados por depósitos externos.
Creación de datos logísticos de materiales en Datacod.
Reportar novedades acerca de la demanda diaria y acumulada del período. Informe de cut-off.
Mantener y analizar indicadores de servicio de la compañía y del área.
Seguimiento de entregas a clientes, demoras, rechazos, re-entregas.
REPORTE, GESTION, COORDINACION Y SEGUIMIENTO DE REUNION SEMANAL CMOS.
**La posición requiere de una persona orientada a la acción, con adaptación a los cambios. Se requiere tomar decisiones y planificar con información incompleta, ya que se depende de otras áreas y condiciones externas.**
**Se requiere proactividad para solucionar problemas repetitivos, y reactividad para actuar ante cambios en las condiciones.**
**Es fundamental en el rol la interacción con otras personas (ventas, tráfico, Planning, depósitos, créditos y cobranzas), así como un buen relacionamiento con agentes externos (operadores logísticos, clientes, centros de distribución).
