In your Talent Acquisition Specialist role, you’ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist who is expected to own the recruitment end to end cycle across different countries within a specific subregion or across the LATAM region if necessary and will be responsible of specific TA LATAM Projects and Strategies, working directly with stakeholders, LATAM and Global TA Team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Internship program selection process management
- Ensure that Talent Acquisition supports diversity and inclusion initiatives, according to corporate strategy, not only in reactive processes but also through specific projects focused on promoting inclusion and diversity
- Support in the implementation of best practices (locally, regionally and globally)

In this role you will join the Talent Acquisition team and report to Talent Acquisition Regional Head.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Recruiting /sourcing experience
- Previous experience managing TA Strategic Projects designs and implementation
- Background in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management and selection methods to enable the best hiring decisions preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish are mandatory
- Advanced excel and analytics skills will be considered a plus
