We are interested in people with growth mindset and intellectual curiosity. **What role you will play in our team**: **What you will do**: - Coordinate internal verifications and endorsements for Medical Assessments, background checks, and pre-offer verifications - Update process flows and information in company designated Applicant Tracking System - Identify bottlenecks process and support remediation of service breaks **About you**: We are looking for someone who has the following skills and qualifications, along with strong interest in becoming expert in Talent Acquisition processes. - Bachelor degree in: Business administration, Human resources - Languages: Advanced English, Portuguese (non-exclusive) - Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and compliance. - Collaboration & ability to effectively work across multiple organizations, teams and vendors - Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. - Problem-Solving Abilities: Addressing and resolving issues that arise during the recruitment process. - Experience in dealing with Talent acquisition processes/ systems preferred. **Your benefits**: **An ExxonMobil career is one designed to last.
