Importante compañía multinacional de consumo masivo, se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Marketing & Project Manager.
Con reporte a la Gerencia de Marketing del negocio de B2B-Food Service, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

- Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia de portfolio para las categorías del negocio de Food Service en Argentina y Chile. Definir anualmente las innovaciones, renovaciones y bajas de producto en función de información de mercado y performance. Trabajar de forma transversal y colaborativa con otras áreas: I+D, Negocio, logística, etc.
- Seguimiento de Gantt para cada innovación y sus etapas desde la exploración hasta fecha de lanzamiento.
- Analizar y supervisar el seguimiento de los nuevos productos en términos de volúmenes, ventas y contribución, y los KPIS de P&L.
- Proponer e implementar acciones correctivas frente a los posibles desvíos.
- Crear en conjunto con el equipo de marketing de Food Service, las iniciativas para darle soporte al área comercial para cada lanzamiento de producto.
- Diagnóstico de categoría: Sell In y Sell Out - monitoreo de CM - análisis de portafolio y mix producto y canal.
- Definir e implementar el plan de trade marketing con el canal de distribución y el equipo comercial.

**Requisitos**:
**Estudios de grado**: Marketing, Ing. y/o Licenciatura en alimentos, Cs. Económicas. Experiência de al menos 5 años en tareas similares, idealmente en empresas con negocios B2B en la industria de alimentos. Conocimiento en desarrollo de productos y vínculo con clientes directos. Perfil analítico, manejo de bases de datos y paquete office. Nível de inglés avanzando: excluyente. Idealmente conocimientos de Francés.
