Team overview and job responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

- Cash Flow analysis and review;
- Financial analysis & reporting;
- Communication with banks and financial entities, regarding daily operations and documentation;
- Follow up of COMEX operations, regarding financial aspects.

Who are we looking for?
- Professional or advanced student in Finance or Business Administration (Or similar).
- Minimum of 3 years of similar experience. A multi-site global manufacturing organization´s experience is highly preferred.
- Strong data driven problem solving and analytical skills required.
- Advanced Level of Excel, database.
- SAP experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to efficiently manage time and workload, which includes planning, organizing, prioritizing, and follow through on assignments, projects and reports while meeting all deadlines.
- Strong verbal, written, persuasive, conflict management skills. Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Results Oriented
- Advanced Level of English

Visión general del rol y responsabilidades

Principales responsabilidades:

- Análisis y revisión del Flujo de Caja;
- Análisis e informes financieros;
- Comunicación con bancos y entidades financieras, respecto a las operaciones diarias y documentación;
- Seguimiento de las operaciones de COMEX, en cuanto a aspectos financieros.

Buscamos un Analista orientado a resultados y que sea capaz de moverse en un mercado heterogéneo con resiliencia. Buscamos las siguientes habilidades y motivaciones:
Estudios universitarios finalizados o en curso en Contabilidad o Administración de Empresas

Mínimo 3 años de experiência en puestos similares, deseable en una industria multinacional

Se requieren sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas

Nível avanzado de Excel y base de datos. Se valorará la experiência de SAP.

Capacidad para administrar de manera eficiente el tiempo y la carga de trabajo, lo que incluye la planificación, organización, priorización y seguimiento de las asignaciones, proyectos e informes mientras se cumplen todos los plazos.

Fuertes habilidades verbales, escritas, persuasivas y de manejo de conflictos. Capacidad para interactuar eficazmente con equipos multifuncionales en todos los níveles de la organización.
