We are looking for a **Full-Time SEO Manager** to lead and implement a robust SEO strategy for one of our clients in the legal/professional services industry. This role offers the opportunity to build and manage a high-performing internal SEO team while driving measurable results in lead generation and organic growth.

- **Work Schedule**:Full-time (40 hours per week).
- **Language Requirement**: Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).
- **Modality**:Fully remote.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute the SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
- Build, manage, and mentor an internal SEO team.
- Oversee all aspects of website optimization, content creation, and local SEO efforts.
- Design and implement efficient processes and workflows for SEO tasks.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
**Required Experience and Skills**:
- 6+ years of extensive SEO expertise, particularly in lead generation and legal/professional services industries.
- Proven experience in building and managing successful SEO teams.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, and others.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to create and optimize workflows.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
