**Project Overview**:
They are building a team of Software Developers (1 team-lead/pm, 2 senior developers) to continue working on the existing project; They have a lot of code in PHP/Magento code that they want to keep working on, and slowly transition to microservice architecture (Golang).

**Position Responsibilities**:

- To analyze specific requirements and translate it into workable solutions
- Obtain project specifications from the Team Lead and ensure understanding of specific project requirements
- Divide the work into smaller components to ensure the focus is on a specific area (in line with Scrum practice)
- To write code that is readable, maintainable and reusable
- Participate in team code reviews
- To ensure that the code complies with original requirements through demonstrations
- Tests own code and writes test when applicable
- Identifies problems and rectifies the mistakes/problems
- Run demos for the CTO as a further evaluation tool
- To manage own professional and self-development

**Requisitos**:
**Must haves tech skills**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a developer (more for PM/TL position)
- VERY STRONG coding skills. The client needs hands-on people.
- Strong experience with PHP/Magento (or really good overview of the microservice architecture and Golang exposure)
- Knowledge of and experience with Software Development Methodologies such as Scrum
- Knowledge of and experience with modern git workflows (Pull Requests, CI, Code Reviews) - bitbucket setup
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with others at all levels

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Experience with Golang
- Experience with Shopify
- Exposure to AWS setups
