We are currently looking for a **Junior Estimator** to join our team remotely from Latin America (LATAM).

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **takeoffs** and prepare cost estimates for customers.
- Complete **budget sheets** for awarded projects.
- Support **production staff** by clarifying bids and project scope.
- Collaborate with **project managers** to provide accurate estimate insights.
- Use and update **estimating software** efficiently.
- Maintain **CRM** to track leads and project statuses.
- Engage with **general contractors** to negotiate profitable jobs.
- Prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Requirements & QualificationsEssential Skills & Experience**:
Ability to complete **paint estimates** accurately.
Experience navigating **estimating software**.
General knowledge of the **construction industry**.
Strong **Excel** and spreadsheet skills, comfortable with numbers.
Strong communication skills for **negotiations** and client relations.
Ability to manage **multiple priorities** under time constraints.
Detail-oriented, **organized**, and self-motivated.
Willingness to **learn and adapt** to new technologies.

**Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)**:

- Sales experience and ability to negotiate pricing.
- Understanding of **profitability, expenses, and budgeting** in construction.
- Familiarity with **Sumo Quote, Google Suite, CRM tools**.
- Knowledge of **construction contract terminology**.
- Prior **entrepreneurial or supervisory experience**.
