Overview of the Role:
To ensure success you should have detailed knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, excellent communication skills, organized and good interviewing skills.

As part of the team, you will:

- Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to clearly comprehend technical requirements of the role, the scope, and the team
- Proactively build talent pipelines through referral generation, internet sourcing, and sourcing campaigns
- Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Engineering Hiring Managers and Recruiters
- Recommend creative and results-oriented ideas to potentially impact pipeline

Key qualifications and Skills to succeed in this role:

- 4+ years of experience as a recruiter at an agency or in-house recruiting team
- Advanced English
- Experience with online and offline recruiting techniques
- Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking
- Proficient in relevant office software and database systems
- Ability to conduct online and offline interviews
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Good negotiation skills
