**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Storage & Data Management (Primary Focus)**

• Oversee and optimize storage across all SharePoint sites, libraries, and document repositories
• Monitor storage usage, identify risks, and implement cleanup, archival, and data reorganization strategies
• Ensure proper data placement following governance policies, including retention and lifecycle management
• Analyze storage trends and recommend solutions for scaling or restructuring data to improve efficiency
• Maintain large file repositories to ensure files are accessible, compliant, and properly organized

**SharePoint Administration & Governance**

• Manage SharePoint permissions, groups, and sharing settings across sites and libraries
• Implement security controls and enforce organizational governance policies
• Support site creation, naming standards, metadata implementation, and content lifecycle management
• Assist teams with information architecture, folder structures, and metadata strategies

**Power Platform Support (Secondary/Assistive Role)**

• Assist the Applications Manager with troubleshooting and maintaining Power Apps and Power Automate flows
• Support department automation initiatives when needed
• Serve as a backup resource for simple Power Platform tasks and workflow maintenance

**Troubleshooting & Support**

• Resolve issues related to site access, file syncing, performance, and storage limits
• Provide guidance, training, and documentation for end users on SharePoint and basic Power Platform usage
• Partner with IT and business teams to implement solutions aligned with organizational needs

**Strategic Collaboration**

• Work with IT leadership and the Applications Manager to plan storage growth, optimization, and governance strategies
• Maintain documentation of policies, procedures, and best practices for SharePoint and Power Platform usage

**Required Qualifications**

• Experience administering SharePoint Online, including libraries, lists, permissions, and metadata
• PowerShell experience for SharePoint administration
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of data and optimize SharePoint storage
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, compliance, and security features
• Basic understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate for support purposes
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills to work with IT and business stakeholders

**Preferred Qualifications & Certifications**

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102) or Teams Administrator Associate
• SharePoint governance, information architecture, and storage optimization courses
• Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) - helpful but not required
• Knowledge of large-scale data migrations, OneDrive sync, and Microsoft Graph API

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift

Pay: From $1,400,000.00 per month
