Providing technology solutions and passenger transportation services for complex ground environments and projects is the company's primary focus.

**Role Description**

The Scrum Master leads Agile implementation within the IT & Development department based in Rosario, Argentina. This role ensures the continuous delivery of value by facilitating Scrum practices, fostering team collaboration, and removing blockers to productivity.

As a coach, mentor, and facilitator, the Scrum Master drives continuous improvement while collaborating with the Product Manager, Developers, and cross-functional teams. The position requires a strong Agile mindset, leadership, the ability to create a high-performing team culture, and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

This is an on-site role located in Rosario, Santa Fe.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Agile Process Facilitation**
- Promote Agile values and principles across all activities.
- Drive accountability and focus through sprint goals and team commitments.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with the Product Manager to prioritize backlog items and translate product vision into executable user stories.
- Collaborate with the IT Managers to manage the product backlog and align priorities with business goals.
- Guide task definition to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment with sprint goals.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with QA, DevOps, Design, and Product Management to ensure successful delivery across all stages of the development cycle.

**Agile Coaching & Team Development**
- Mentor team members on Agile practices and principles, emphasizing task refinement techniques.
- Facilitate retrospectives and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive ongoing improvement.
- Contribute to the Agile maturity and cultural evolution of the entire IT department.

**Monitoring & Reporting**
- Track metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown charts, and team health indicators to measure progress.
- Help define and refine work items, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable success
- Provide clear reporting to leadership on progress, risks, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**
- ** Experience**: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator within software development teams.
- ** Certifications**: CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certifications (preferred).
- ** Agile Methodology Knowledge**: Understanding Agile principles (e.g., delivering working software, responding to change, continuous delivery). Able to adapt Agile practices to the specific needs of the organization, the Scrum framework, and servant leadership.
- ** Toolset Familiarity**: JIRA, Confluence, Git, CI/CD workflows.
- ** Facilitation & Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- ** Data-Driven**: Ability to interpret metrics and adapt team strategies accordingly.

**Must**
- On-Site Availability: Based in Rosario, Argentina, with the ability to work closely with internal teams.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English): Fluent or native-speaking proficiency to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment.
