**Overview**:As an Entry-Level Medical Supplies Sourcing Agent, you'll work under the guidance of the Procurement Manager to efficiently procure high-quality medical supplies and equipment at competitive prices for our projects. Your role involves supplier identification, negotiation, and ensuring a reliable supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supplier Management**:Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for construction materials and equipment.
Assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability.

**Cost Optimization**:Learn to monitor market trends to inform cost-effective procurement decisions.
Support in negotiating favorable terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

**Quality Assurance**:Work with quality control teams to understand and maintain high-quality standards.
Assist in conducting regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of industry standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

**Payment**: Base salary (700 - 800 USD monthly) + commissions from profit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $12,081.94 - $13,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
