What are we looking for?

An Product Owner Jr to join an important Insurance company.

Workplace: Remote / CABA

Modality: Remote, with occasional on-site presence for those living nearby.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m - Argentina Time

¿What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Responsible for setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by an Agile team in order to ensure product meets the defined goals and vision. Accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. Ensures there is buy in from all stakeholders on all major decisions and provide clear direction on deliverables for developers. This role can be an owner for an enabling product (platform) or business capability products. This role can also be a proxy owner for business capability product.

Core Accountabilities:
Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners.
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy, taking into account managing budgets, resources and product delivery timeline.
- Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
- Advance/Fluent english skills
