**What you will be doing**:
- Working closely with the Business to identify, assess, mitigate, monitor, and report on sector growth in the Merchant Solutions business.
- Playing a vital role in a Global team that supports merchant acquiring activities across key regions including the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and the United States of America.
- Assisting in leading Risk Assurance reviews in high-risk sectors, including Payment Facilitators.
- Identifying new and emerging sectors and providing tools, techniques, consultation, and challenge to enable the business to manage risk.
- Driving strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and mitigate risk in our Merchant Solutions portfolio.
- Supporting the development of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and independent assurance activities with a focus on business impacts.
- Implementing risk initiatives across affected business units and employees.
- Managing relationships with senior line of business leaders, legal, compliance, and external merchants.
**What you bring**:
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Compliance & Risk Management.
