Digital Coordinator

Description of the main duties and activities
- Constantly mapping the project demands along with the factories.
- Participate in the Roadmap activities of the factories from NoLa
- Identify opportunities in the factory projects and propose disruptive solutions.
- Constantly generate new project demands along with the factories.
- Support the breakdown of the most relevant projects among the digital Roadmaps of the factories and the ones that are in the Waves of Digital projects (RDI);
- Accompany the development of the factories´ Roadmaps projects.
- Lead and participate in the team of the Key pilots (Project of great impact to the business);
- Enable the robust connection with the teams from different factories and project leaders, by managing the horizontal and vertical stakeholders.
- Accompany, support and update the stakeholders centrally about the progress of the digital projects in NoLa;
- Learn the global standards of digital infrastructure.
- Support the sharing of regional strategy regarding to digital with global/local teams.
- Constant self-update regarding new technologies and trends of the digital market to Supply Chain.
- Coordinate partnerships with external agents.
- Interface with strategic suppliers;

- Promote the participation of the teams in forums about the exchange of good manners, as a space of learning and constructive exchange
- Connect the different project interfaces of the factories to capitalize the opportunities of disruptive initiatives ROLLOUT

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Education
- Control and automation engineering, mechatronic engineering, electronic engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or others that are willing to learn fast and continuously.

Language requirements
- Spanish and English;
- Portuguese is a plus
