The opportunity The Pursuit Resource Center (PRC) Tools & Innovation Support Specialist role helps ensure that the P&CE Tools and Innovation strategy delivers as promised in support of the firm's small and medium sized deals - saving time, driving efficiency and ensuring client servers have access to a broad range of well received and accurate materials to leverage in their pursuit efforts.
This role actively supports our pursuit innovation strategy and contributes directly to the tools that will make pursuit efforts more effective.
Individuals will possibly spend some dedicated time on supporting an individual tool in addition to broadly contributing.
Collaboration within the team is key, as is trouble shooting the tools for users.
These tools and innovations are specifically intended to support teams working on small, fast turn pursuits and fosters the development of foundational deal acumen across the firm.
Your key responsibilities Execute content curation and maintenance for RFP Answer Engine.
Manage regular update/verification process with regional, SL or sector content owners.
Provide significant support for quality assurance reviews for RFP Answer EngineSupport Proposal Engine template development and maintenanceContent curation and ingestion processing for Proposal Assist, tool maintenance, updates and operations.Support testing (QA, UAT) for Markets Engine and PRC toolsProvide significant support for PRC reporting, site upkeep, and traditional process automationSkills and attributes for success Ideally, you will also have:
Project Management Acumen: Pproject management skills to navigate a fast-paced work environment, manage multiple priorities, and ensure timely execution of tasks.Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for crafting compelling proposals and presentations.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with colleagues and team members, fostering an environment of collaboration and trust.Aptitude for Technology toolsWhat we look for:
