**About the Role**:
As a Product Manager at Aktok, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our early stage products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute our product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Strategy & Roadmap**: Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy that aligns with Aktok’s overarching company goals. In this role, you are expected to create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features, enhancements, and timelines based on market demands, business objectives, and customer feedback.
- **Market Research & Analytics**: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential market opportunities. Utilize both qualitative and quantitative methods to gather data, analyze customer needs, and benchmark against competitors. Leverage product analytics tools to monitor product usage, track performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to guide product decisions and strategy.
- **Requirement Gathering & Use Cases**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customers, sales, and engineering to gather and document detailed product requirements. Develop and refine use cases that outline the specific needs and scenarios for product features. Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements, ensuring that they are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with customer expectations and business goals.
- **Product Development & Features**: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept and design through to implementation and launch. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that product features are developed according to specifications, delivered on time, and meet high-quality standards. Manage the product backlog, oversee sprint planning, and drive iterative development processes to enhance product features and capabilities.
- **Client's Project Management**: Oversee and manage client projects related to product development, ensuring that client requirements are accurately captured and addressed. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure that all client engagements are executed effectively and meet agreed-upon objectives.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage product budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently to meet project and product development goals. Track expenses, forecast financial needs, and optimize resource allocation to align with strategic priorities. Provide regular budget reports and financial updates to stakeholders, highlighting any variances and addressing potential issues.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance through various metrics and KPIs. Collect and analyze user feedback, conduct A/B testing, and review performance data to identify areas for improvement. Use insights to drive product enhancements, resolve issues, and inform future product iterations. Regularly report on product performance to leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
