Responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Achieves both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Responsible to identify and develop new sales opportunities.

Area Sales Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Development of assigned markets for the sale of products and services.
- Create relationships with customers and understand the organization of each of the most important clients in the market (study / business intelligence of the assigned markets).
- Opportunity tracking, constant use of Sales Force, updating, handling, etc.
- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promotes their understanding of ABB’s complete product/systems/ services offering, and aligns with them to provide a solution.
- Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Prepares sales plans using ABB authorized tools.
- Prepares offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager.
- Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers are in place, including prices and trading conditions.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Chemical, Industrial or similar Engineering.
- Two years of experience working in similar positions.
- Knowledge in local market.
- Focusing on sales.
- Experience in some CRM.
- Intermediate English level (written and spoken).
- Availability to travel (80% local and 20% national).
- Ability to work as a team, collaborative, customer oriented.
