Humand está en busca de un **Senior Accounting Analyst** para liderar las operaciones contables en múltiples entidades y asegurar la integridad de la información financiera consolidada. Este rol requiere una sólida base técnica en contabilidad, atención al detalle y la capacidad de gestionar estructuras intercompañía complejas.

**️ Principales Responsabilidades**:

- Gestionar el ciclo completo contable de diversas entidades: libro mayor, cuentas por pagar (AP), cuentas por cobrar (AR), conciliaciones y cierre contable mensual.
- Preparar y analizar estados financieros y reportes de gestión, tanto a nível individual como consolidado.
- Mantener y conciliar cuentas de balance, garantizando la precisión de los registros contables.
- Revisar y clasificar transacciones en plataformas como **Ramp**, **Brex** y otros sistemas, asegurando su correcta imputación entre entidades.
- Brindar soporte durante auditorías anuales y coordinar los requerimientos PBC con auditores externos.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos contables, aprovechando herramientas de automatización o inteligencia artificial.
- Proporcionar análisis y soporte ad-hoc al equipo de management y al área de finanzas.

**️ ¿Qué valoramos?**:

- 4 a 6+ años de experiência progresiva en contabilidad, idealmente en estructuras multi-entity o holdings.
- Recibido de Contador Público (CPA) o equivalente.
- Sólido entendimiento de GAAP y contabilidad intercompañía.
- Dominio avanzado de Google Sheets.
- Excelentes habilidades analíticas, organizacionales y atención al detalle.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y manejar múltiples prioridades simultáneamente.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
- Experiência con QuickBooks Online es un plus.
