We welcome **passionate** warriors and are currently looking for a **Social media **Strategist**

**What you will do**:

- Responsible for the definition of strategy, organic growth plan, the definition of KPIs, and reporting.
- Execute a strategy to increase the user base and create a community in our networks.
- Report on content performance and present social insights and best practices to the wider BW
- Adjust social strategy according to KPI pacing and report on any wins and losses.
- Lead a team of 4/5 social media specialists in the markets of Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Latam & Canada.
- Lead the social media accounts of the brand: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and any other that may come.
- Have an excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google+ and other social media best practices.
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in a similar role in the sports industry or companies with similar characteristics. (must)
- Heavy consumer of sports & entertainment social media content. (must)
- Experience in the day-to-day management of various organic and paid social accounts through platforms.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and experience optimizing content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
