**In this role, you will**:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the digital experience teams.
- Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team’s progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
- Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
- Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices.
- Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate.
- Ensure that all development processes are aligned with CPRA/CCPA, GDPR, and other compliance requirements.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate the integration of compliance requirements into the agile development process.
- Lead efforts to align Scrum practices with the organization’s digital marketing strategy and goals.
- Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.
- Ensure that the team’s work is aligned with business objectives, delivering value to the organization.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization.
- Lead efforts to resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

**Who you are?**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- ** 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master**, with a focus on digital products.
- Required certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA or Azure Boards
- Hands on experience with a CMS System, such as Sitecore
- Strong understanding of CPRA/CCPA, GDPR, and their implications for agile development processes.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Experience with Digital Products mandatory such as Websites, eCommerce, and other digital experiences
- Understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
- Proven ability to navigate and resolve cross-functional conflicts and blockers
- Experience in facilitating the inclusion of compliance requirements into product backlogs and sprint planning.
- Ability to educate and guide teams on the importance of data privacy and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to document issues clearly.
