**About the Position**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Research Grants Manager** to oversee and manage our research grant programs. In this vital role, you will be responsible for tracking the outcomes of funded research, supporting award recipients, and ensuring that milestones are met with precision and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you'll play an essential part in shaping the future of research and contributing to the success of groundbreaking initiatives.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Draft and process grant/sponsored project correspondence and maintain organized files and contracts.
- Coordinate meetings with the review panel and committee chairs, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place for awarded projects.
- Ensure accurate entry of grant data into the grants management platform.
- Work with the Research Team to prepare budgets for approved grants and research programs.
- Attend mandatory in-person Annual Conference and staff retreat, while supporting other Research department activities as needed.
- Provide ongoing support to funded researchers and their institutions, ensuring compliance with project guidelines.
- Coordinate annual and final progress and financial reporting, and manage grant/contract adjustments (e.g., extensions, transfers, re-budgeting).
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Accounting, Research) and CCF's Finance team to manage budgets, payments, and milestone changes.
- Assist in program assessments, portfolio analysis, and track post-award milestones (e.g., additional funding, publications, achievements).
- Maintain accurate records, update the grants management system, and ensure investigator profiles and post-award outcomes are up to date.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in health sciences or a related field.
- Strong administrative, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with project management and grant platforms a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in grants administration (preferred but not required).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working remotely and successful completion of a background check.
