Young multimedia company looking for an editor with capcut/video editing experience who can cut 20-40 second social media videos for Instagram and Tik tok, potentially down the line for YouTube.

We are building a digital record label that aggregates licensed beats from music producers, provides a centralized service source for sound engineers and captures young artists when they are recording and creating in the studio.

We capture our artists IRL through cameras in studio while they create. We need video editors to cut videos for our social media feed. We give detailed notes on timestamps etc from specific Dropbox links. The video editor role is key to our startup as we want to test artist traction through major social media platforms. Pay and advertising revenue splits upon discussion.

The founder of the platform has produced for several big name artists including YoungBoy, Wiz Khalifa, RichTheKid, Icon South, Jacques. This would be an interesting and exciting entry into the entertainment industry.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Independent editing and production of various short and long videos;
- Real time update of overseas mainstream new media platforms (instagram, youtube, tiktok, etc.);
- Understand short video and live broadcast platform related businesses;
- Other relevant work arrangements;
**Job requirements**:

- Proficient in English for daily communication & enough so to pick up on interesting moments and not fully reliant on the time stamps. Rather the time stamps will serve as a guide to save time during edits. Not a translation tool
- Experience in overseas new media operation and short video is preferred;
- Strong learning ability, strong execution, able to withstand greater pressure;
- Good team spirit, communication ability, and strong initiative and creativity;
- Self Starter/innovative: must be able to take initiative with video edits for the overall direction of the brand
- Research: Must be able to handle consistent and frequent research. In order to enhance innovative ideas

Pay: From $200,000.00 per month
