**Order to Cash - Obras sociales Specialist**

- The main purpose of this role is to perform all operational tasks that require a local presence in the country. The role holder monitors and processes all related activities in the field of Argentinean Social Contribution, stays in close contact with the customers on all related issues and maintains relations with internal and external partners (in alignment with SCM). He / She also handles _location specific process complexity - for example governmental / legal requirements, health insurance invoicing etc._
- Furthermore, the Financial Operations role holder follows up and resolves potential Social Contribution related issues which require special and exceptional handling outside the O2C service provider._

**Your mission will be to**:

- Ensures accurate and fast customer invoice processing which require special exceptional handling or attention outside the O2C service provider or requires a local presence like coordination / paper-based tasks etc.
- Coordinates the collection process and customer account reconciliation related to Social Contribution process, which includes payment registration, account analysis and reconciliation, customer claims, solve dispute and participation in chamber community in order to ensure the agreement fulfillment.
- Ensures accurate account reconciliation between customer payment advices and audited information from Government Institution to support Social Contribution rebate process.
- Handles location specific process complexity - for example governmental/legal requirements, local chamber participation, health insurance invoicing etc.
- Maintains close coordination with local Market Access team to identify and resolve any order and collection management related to Social Contribution issues
- Appropriately communicates with chambers and customers and informs them if needed on any order/collection related to Social Contribution issues
- Closely collaborates with colleagues from O2C service provider and local stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Finance) to enable a smooth end-to-end process while maintaining relevant SLA
- Maintains constant contact and exchanges information with other O2C functions (Collection & Disputes, Credit etc.) and SCM teams
- Ensures key metrics are met and service is delivered to customers as well as to divisions as agreed on in underlying SLAs
- Communicates possible gaps in the existing commercial processes / technologies through standardized communication channels towards Global Process Owner teams, local partner functions and O2C service provider to bridge the identified gaps

**Unlock your potential**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline with prior experience in the healthcare sector gained at a leading multi-national company
- Deep understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash operations with particular focus on Financial Operations
- Prior experience in performing O2C or CATI operational tasks that requires a local presence
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and comfortable working with individuals across different functions / departments
- Mature business ethics and deep understanding of applicable regulatory requirements
- Ability to bring tasks to a closure by constant coordination and regular follow-ups with stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
