**Responsibilities**:
- Active Participation in general legal matters, ensuring the full compliance with local regulations.
- Experience in Commercial Law
- Experience in Marketing Law
- Provide legal support to the Procurement Department with regard to contacting and procurement activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies and procedures
- Monitoring of Book and corporate record’s keeper.
- Responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Monitoring of internal legal policies, ensuring the compliance with internal rules and processes.
- Legal Referent regarding Corporate Global and Local Audit
- Interaction with external counsels
- Assess on Data Protection issues
Qualifications:
- Argentine Law degree.
- Fluency in English.
- End - to
- end problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Corporate legal experience at either a leading law firm or at corporate in-house law department.
- Handling of volume.
- Proactive attitude and approach to anticipating legal issues.
