Description
**Key Responsibilities**:
Design and implement scalable ETL processes using Microsoft Fabric, including Data Factory and Lakehouse components.
Build, optimize, and maintain Power BI dashboards with a focus on financial and operational (production reporting.
Automate financial and business reporting workflows to improve data availability and reduce manual input.
Develop integrations and reporting solutions across core systems, including STRUMIS, SAGE, and Business Central.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver clear, actionable insights.
Maintain robust datasets and semantic models in Power BI and ensure data quality and consistency.
Provide support and documentation for users across business functions.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Notebooks.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M, and custom visuals.
Solid SQL experience for querying, transforming, and modeling data.
Proven track record working with financial and operational data in complex environments.
Experience automating reporting solutions, particularly for finance.
Ability to engage with non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into technical outcomes.
**Desirable Qualifications**:
Experience with manufacturing execution systems like STRUMIS.
Experience with finance systems such as SAGE and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Background in manufacturing or construction industries.
Microsoft certifications in Power BI or Fabric (e.g., PL-300, DP-500.
Understanding of data governance and security best practices in Power BI.
