**What You Will Do What You Will Do**:

- Lead freight claims processes to drive significant savings for Ecolab.
- Oversee filing of freight claims and optimization of freight claims processes to ensure we reduce excess waste and drive efficiencies.
- Identify and build best practices relating to claims filing, following up and collecting funds relating to freight claims.
- Develop reporting and processes to follow up on outstanding claims with carriers to reduce outstanding claims backlog.
- Identify process improvements and drive process efficiencies.
- Establishes effective internal and external communications.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree either in progress or completed in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of previous work experience in supply chain, business adminsitration, finance or shared services.
- Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills including advanced skills in Excel.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 3+ years of previous work experience in logistics, transportation, or operations.
- Experience in another Shared Services team.
- Ability to work well in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and to work in teams.

**Position Details**:

- Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00. (GMT-3)
