**Position Overview**

We are seeking an Attorney to serve as our **Contract Counsel** or **Contract Manager **to drive our contracting efforts with our enterprise customers. You’ll be the go-to expert for complex commercial contracts, especially in the exciting and ever-evolving enterprise SaaS landscape, shaping the legal framework that supports our company’s growth and innovation.

**The impact you’ll make**:

- Owns Ambient’s commercial contracting with corporate customers, including MSAs, Data Processing, Order Forms, NDAs, and channel agreements
- Act as a liaison between legal, sales, finance, product, and other departments, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed on contractual obligations and key terms
- Lead negotiations with a broad range of Enterprise customers, balancing expansive growth of our internal needs with risk considerations

**The amazing skills you’ll bring to Ambient.ai**:

- 5+ years of contracts experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Enterprise Saas contracts in a professional environment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, with a strong emphasis on grammar, clarity, and accuracy in all communications
- Enjoys negotiation and brings creative pragmatism to balancing company risk with contract velocity
- Builds strong relationships with legal and procurement teams, finding common ground quickly
- Sharp and meticulous, you learn fast and know when to escalate issues to the CFO or external counsel
- Comfortable navigating both customer-provided and Ambient’s own MSA and DPA documents
- You’re a builder at heart, improving processes and creating scalable legal operations and playbooks
- You thrive in dynamic environments, making yourself invaluable through your ability to adapt and contribute
