Our Marketing Team works to leverage the Avature product in the global HR market. They work together with important customers worldwide to promote our brand and attract new customers. With this objective, online tools are fundamental to reach different audiences around the globe—understanding both the audience and the effectiveness of these tools is essential to use them in the best possible way, and thus expand our market. We’re seeking an incredibly organized, talented and passionate digital marketing analyst to take a key role in driving our webinar program forwards. Using your analytic capabilities you'll create and deliver engaging content and campaigns that captivates new audiences, drives webinar registrations, enhances in-session engagement, and boosts conversion rates. Your success will expand Avature’s global reach; you will support our motto of ‘making our customers famous’ and help position the Avature brand as leader in HR software.
Your challenges and objectives
- Play a key role in the planning, creating and executing our webinar sessions.
- Help define strategic webinar marketing approach to increase awareness, registration and attendee rates.
- Improve lead generation, quality, tracking and overall ROI.
- Suggest ways to improve and optimize internal processes and the management of webinars.
- Work cross-functionally with other Avature teams such as Sales, Product Marketing, and Studio.
- Develop a deep knowledge of our product and its functionalities.
Your day-to-day activities
- Continuously research new trends in digital advertisements to improve awareness, registration and attendee rates of the webinars.
- Dig into data to detect patterns of success, and improve overall ROI through effective measurement and reporting.
- Research UX elements for webpage design that would increment the performance of webinar landing pages.
- Act as a project manager to ensure all webinar related activities work as clock work, outlining tasks and ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
- Analyze and report on the performance of all activities related to Avature’s webinar sessions, and suggest ways to improve them.

- High level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent team player and collaborator.
- Comfortable with tight deadlines.
- Proactive, self-driven, highly organized.
- Wholesome knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem is a plus.
- Focused and highly attentive to details.
- Tech savvy.
