Las principales responsabilidades de este rol serán:_**
- Liderar la estrategia junto con el armado y ejecución del plan de marketing para el Segmento Pymes. Portfolio de productos: Software ERP para empresas medianas, Soluciones de gestión online para pequeñas empresas, Sistemas de Nómina y Recursos Humanos.
- Actualización del perfil Persona, customer journey, apoyar estrategia de contenido.
Seguir y medir regularmente la performance de campañas y su impacto en ventas.
- Coordinar los equipos internos de Contenidos, Digital, Eventos, y Agencias externas, para ejecutar la estrategia.
- Asegurar entregables a lo largo de la ejecución del plan.
- Administrar y alocar el presupuesto del segmento, orientado a mejorar el ROI.
- Ser responsable de la interacción con otras áreas de la compañía (Ventas, Producto, etc.).
- Ser responsable por la entrega medible de resultados (ventas que se originan en campañas de marketing)
- Participar regularmente de reuniones con clientes y prospectos
- Mantener el relacionamiento con referentes del segmento en el mercado y red de partners
- Definir acciones para enriquecer bases de prospectos PyMEs.

Serán requisitos:_**
- Ser estudiante avanzado o graduado de las carreras de Marketing, comunicación, Comercialización o afines.
- Tener al menos 3 años de experiência en posiciones similares, preferentemente en PyMES o B2B.
- Poseer conocimiento de marketing digital y generación de demanda digital.
- Habilidad para trabajar en estructura matricial y compleja.
- Orientación a resultados y entregables.
- Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
- Habilidad de organización y planificación.
- Se valorará idioma inglés y conocimiento de SFDC.
