**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

This role is responsible for leading the Raw Material raw materials & packaging sourcing agenda for South Cone ( 112 suppliers/ Aprox.178 MM usd), leading the Innovation, Efficiency and Pep + agenda, aligned with business needs.

Directs MSO manager is responsible for the lead and execution of Directs Procurement AOP Plan for SOCO & will be the link between the GP category teams and the business for the execution of the procutivity plan, cost visibility & ensure the supply of goods and services.

Leading productivity projects in collaboration with R&D & innovation teams, leveraging our regional Team.

Give visibility to finance team and business on cost forecasting and develop our sustainability & digitalization agenda.

First point of contact for local business to deliver supply assurance (BCP), implement strategies/projects & become a partner for the business to deliver plan.

**nsure robust contract compliance agenda on negotiated costs, processes, and terms.**

**Your Impact**

**As Manager Procurement de Materias Primas,**
**your scope would consist of **
- First point of contact for Directs Procurement for the SOCO Business
- Develop & Execute sourcing agenda for raw materials & packaging aligned with business needs.
- Consolidate volumen/spend/suppliers in order to leverage negotiations, increase efficiency/improve Payment Terms, Should cost model.
- Accountable for enabling the delivering of SOCO AOP procurement Plan and supporting to execute Global/Regional strategies - Execute
- Deliver productivity agenda working closely with R&D & multifunctional areas.
- Deliver cost visibility agenda with Finance & FP&A.
- Enable all Global and Sector category stratergies - Execute
- Interaction with Sr stakeholders across all markets functions
- Leverage LATAM Team to leverage practices & negotiations.
- Develop & Implement BCP Agenda for managed categories.
- Develop & Implement Pep+ Agenda for managed categories.
- Spend Mapping /Should Cost Analysis & market Trends
- Promote compliance agenda, contracts, NDA´s, TPDD´s.
- Comply with the PepsiCo Purchasing Policy and the Code of Conduct.
- Ensure P2P Process

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Graduated in Bachelor of Administration, Engineering or Economics
- Minimum 5 years work experience in Procurement area leading high performance teams (raw materials & packaging desirable)
- Negotiation Skills & Strategic thinking
- Capabilities to succeed in matricial teams/ Influencing skills
- Excellent collaborator and Communicator
- Capability to lead a team under pressure and deliver short&long term results in VUCA environment.
- Knowledge of SAP, and/or AribaSrourcing/Contracts (desirable)
- English, Spanish skills
- Highly collaborative: works well with others, including Global Procurement sector and country-level personnel, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver results; keeps others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: comfortable and effective communicating (verbal and written) with all stakeholders, displays a positive attitude in the workplace
- Analytical: ability to analyze information to draw conclusions and find actionable solutions
